How to Survive a Heart Attack When Alone


Research has shown that most of the time heart attack happens the victims are usually alone and this have brought forth an uncomplicated method to survive a heart attack even doe you are by yourself.
For Example:
Let say you are coming back from work late from on usually tough day at work. You feel really exhausted and suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into jaw.
You are only six miles from the hospital nearest to you. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it far.
What You Should Do
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without assist the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel weak has only about 10 seconds left before using consciousness of what to do.
Please Follow this Steps closely:
Do not panic but start coughing continually and very dynamically. A deep breath should be taken before each cough; the cough must be deep and prolonged as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without break until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movement squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart, what it does is to help the heart recover normal rhythm in this way, Heart Attacking victims can get to the hospital.
Don’t ever think that you are not prone to have a heart attack as you less than 25 or 30. Nowadays due to the changing of life style, heart attack is found among people of all groups.
